Program 1 – D365 Finance & Operations for OSI Systems and its Entities

Summary

Currently involved in managing multiple implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations at OSI-Systems Inc. which aims to streamline and enhance the financial and operational processes across all its entities. This program will leverage the robust capabilities of Dynamics 365 to provide a unified, scalable, and efficient solution that supports OSI-Systems Inc.'s strategic goals and operational needs. These include development of a multi-tenant system for the existing application along with enhancements/maintenance of existing application and multiple related projects involving PII data portals, Data Analytics, DevOps Integration, On-boarding of new clients to existing platform. All projects involve Scope, Budget, Schedule management along with Reporting, Quality management, Resource allocations, Risk mitigation, Stakeholder management. Change management, Process management was implemented and reviewed periodically to ensure adherence and prompt deployment schedules (QA, UAT, PROD). Ensured streamlined reporting across all projects to showcase status, risks, mitigation strategies, resource movements etc.

Summary

I am currently leading and managing critical IT Security initiatives from an operational excellence perspective. My current focus lies on high-impact projects such as Annual Penetration Testing, comprehensive IT Security Assessments for all products, robust Device-Based Conditional Access policies, seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations, and CMMC 2.0 Level 1 certification. I am adept at driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to security standards, and delivering solutions that mitigate risks and enhance organizational security posture.
