Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, crew, and the ship.

• Performs regular safety rounds of public, crew, and off-limit areas of the ship.

• Monitors security aboard the ship 24/7, alternating day and night shifts. Controls points of entry to the ship and the screening process of guests, crew, and their luggage.

• Operates at the gangway while anchored at the tender docking stations, both ashore and on the vessel. AVIATION SECURITY CCTV & ACCESS/CONTROL

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
• Handle incoming calls from customers regarding billing issues, technical support, product information, account changes, and other related topics
• Utilize multiple systems to access customer accounts, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating more complex issues as needed

• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides customer support by phone, email or instant message to consumers. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalates more technical product-related issues to proper Product Support department. • Processes a high volume of consumer inquiries of FIS products and services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries. • Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies root cause of problem and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems. • When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to appropriate resource. Follows up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge. •

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURITY POLICY AND PROCEDURES LAID DOWN BY THE COMPANY. TO SECURE SAFE OPERATION, PUNCTUALITY, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, TEAM EFFICIENCY, COST CONTROL, SECURE GOOD WORKING ATMOSPHERE AND ENVIRONMENT.
• FOCUS: MANAGE SAFE AND SECURE OPERATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECURITY PROGRAM AND APPLICABLE PROCEDURES.
• FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: MAINTAIN STANDARDS AS PER COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
