  • Project 1 : March 2022 to December 2022
  • VMware vSphere is a suite of software components for virtualization. These include ESXi, vCenter Server, and other software components that fulfill several different functions in the vSphere environment. With VMware server virtualization, a hypervisor is installed on the physical server to allow for multiple virtual machines (VMs) to run on the same physical server
  • Monitoring of all the servers .To check the CPU Utilization, upgrade ram size, taking backup etc. Sophos Firewall Installation.
  • Project 2 : Monitoring (3 Projects) December 2022 to current
  • In this project I am leading a team of 6 freshers and supporting 3 projects. Working with them & supporting them on call 27x7 if they are facing any challenge with the alert or facing issue while escalating it to the L2 L3 team. Preparing SOPs and conveying the details regarding the alert management. On how to tackle it and meeting the SLAs is my priority.
  • Network Monitoring: Used tools like Logic Monitor to continuously monitor network performance, detect anomalies, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ticketing tool –JIRA- A comprehensive IT service management (ITSM) solution from Atlassian, integrated with Jira Software for agile project management.
  • ServiceNow -A robust ITSM platform that offers extensive capabilities for incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • System Monitoring: Implemented and managed monitoring solutions for servers and applications using AWS.
  • Alert Management: Configured alert thresholds and integrated alert systems with incident management.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyzed monitoring data to identify performance bottlenecks and worked with operations teams to implement improvements.
  • Reporting: Generated regular reports on system performance, uptime, and incident resolution times, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending enhancements
  • Documentation: Created SOPs and maintained documentation for monitoring procedures, configurations, and incident response protocols. Outcome: Achieved a reduction in network downtime through proactive monitoring and issue resolution. Enhanced system reliability and reduced user-reported incidents.
