  • Executes the MV drive testing according to Test plan with following IEC Standards. Where High Voltage Test, Functional Test, Type Test, FAT, and Quality Check have done.
  • Create documentation for various projects' testing processes. provides technical support for setting up test items in the testing environment. Check the plans for inspection and testing with the customer.
  • Fulfilling the monthly revenue targets while achieving 100% OTD in testing.
  • I have tested ACS2000, ACS5000, ACS580MV, and performed combination tests with job motors in various ABB testing facilities.
  • In order to complete individual projects of ACS580MV, ACS2000, and ACS5000 drives for various customers, testing techniques in accordance with international testing standards are followed. Retrofit tasks are carried out in ACS2000 and ACS5000 drives as well as Power modules. and a major customer's water-cooled ACS1000 and ACS5000 drives completed refurbishment.
  • I tested the effectiveness of medium-voltage drivers (Such as Full Load test, Light load test, Over Speed test, Ramp test, Voltage Ride through Test, Harmonics Analysis, Power factor checks, Permissive Overload Conditions of Drive and Motor etc.)
  • At the testing bay, simulations are conducted with the help of the service and PE teams in order to rectify customer site failures and documented them for future reference.
  • Customized special combine testing is done at the factory using the job motor and the Drive that is being tested. Synchronous Bypass Unit testing and simulation with drive done at factory for ACS2000 and ACS5000 drives.
  • For the MV Drive products, I coordinated work with internal ABB departments including Product Engineering, Service Team, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Product Assembly, and Quality Team.
