Ensuring orders are confirmed, accepted and dispatched on time
Provide training to seller for the Order processing & Clearing the Logistics, price, Packing process
Helping Sellers with their order processing, & dispatch
Manifest validation to ensure orders are not missed while dispatching
Coordinating with the First mile, last mile and line haul logistics vendors to make the process smooth
Handling the Last Mile delivery customer and seller escalations and resolving within timelines
Work with cross Internal teams on end-to-end operational functionalities
Drive Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews with logistic partners
Monitor adherence to processes and defined fulfilment TAT on end-to-end operations
Monitoring the CPD performance with 3PLS and improved the adherence from 90% to 95%
Pushing the MID Mile shipments and focusing the CPD breached shipments
Monitoring seller wrong product Escalations (Return and RTO)
Coordinating with 3PLs and SLP team to resolve the Wrong Product cases on time
Validating on Fraud Seller Cases and coordinating with Category team for their inputs
Investigating the fraud seller who are rising bulk fake claims for wrong product cases
Resolved operational issues promptly to minimize impact on business activities.
Created documentation related to operational procedures such as SOPs.
