• Established an integration between JIRA and ServiceNow to ensure that any request raised in JIRA is automatically reflected in ServiceNow. Also, worked on various enhancement requests and incidents related to the integration.
• Automated the manual process of the architecture review board meeting procedure, resulting in time savings for the platform team. Worked on data load and transform maps as per the client's requirements.
