• Responsible for set-up, operation and cleaning of compression machine as per SOP.
• To carry out in-process checks during compression and ensure on-line, timely, legible and same is recorded in Batch Record.
• Issuance, storage and destruction of compression machine change parts and tooling.
• Calibration of instruments like Disintegration test apparatus, Hardness testers, Friability Apparatus, Weighing Balance and ensure Qualification of equipment's are done as per schedule.
• Reporting and participation in investigation of GMP Non-conformance observed at the shop floor.
• Participation in Process Validation and Qualification activity.
• Following Current good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintaining neat and orderly work area at all times
• Must be in compliance at all times by following batch record, SOP and all company policies.
• Report incident and unsafe conditions to superior.
• Any other assignment allocated from time to time by Department Head
