• Conduct Kick of meeting with all stakeholders. Setup of project teams, Contractor’s and Vendor’s pre-qualification and approval.
• Setup of temporary site facilities (TSF) and ensure mobilization of resources on time considering all constraints.
• Organize communication between stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct weekly meetings and monthly review meeting with Sponsor.

• Ensure HSE procedures, method statements and task risk assessments are prepared and approved.
• Define clear targets and objectives and communicate to team members.
• Successfully completed projects from Initail phase to handover.
• Track record of meeting milestones and completion projects on time and within budget.

MODULAR FABRICATION:

• Structural and piping prefabrication works, assembly of pancakes and its lifting, erection & welding of piping & valves as per P&ID and Isometric drawings by managing 5000+ direct and indirect manpower.
• Completion of Construction, Pressure testing, Pre-Commissioning, Preservation and close all check records & punch points. issue discipline completion certificates & RFLO certificates, weigh module and submit weighing reports for approval.
• Prepare the modules sequentially for load out on SPMT’s as per stowage plan. Prepare the barge for sea-worthy transport by internal and external sea fastening and load out the modules on to the barge for sail out.
• Approve Contractor invoices, issue site instructions.

• Direct and organize construction activities for 8 No’s desalination units based on MSF (multistage flash) technology with a total capacity of 140 million gallons per day which includes but not limited to; Evaporators for desalination plant, boilers and 2x75m chimneys, sea water intake area screening systems, blending and reservoir area.
• Manage construction crew of 3000+ site personnel which included Area Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Riggers, Scaffolders, Welders, Mill Wright Technicians, Safety Officers, Administration, Material controllers, heavy equipment and transportation. This process includes Acquiring, Developing and Managing Project Teams and site personnel.
• Analyze Issued for Construction drawings, P&ID and Isometric drawings, hire subcontractors and meet milestones.
• Provide cost estimation for construction activities, negotiate contracts with vendors, purchase materials.
• Optimize site development processes by providing continuous planning.
• Monitor and control construction activity to guarantee that workmanship conforms to plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee the fabrication and erection of piping (CS, SS & Duplex, GRP, HDPE), structures, static and rotary equipment’s, which includes tanks, vertical and horizontal pumps and their motors. Prepare and provide method statement along with rigging study and lifting plans for erection activities.
• Organize and conduct hydrostatic test procedures on various kinds of piping.
• Conduct periodic meetings with customer for updating site progress and communicate requirements for further progress.
• Ensure safe working by conducting periodic toolbox talks. Review and approve risk assessment.
• Provide performance reports to higher management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• Prepare tenders, cost estimation, contracts, material requirement, construction, commissioning and evaluation of EPC contracts.
• One point contact between Client and Company for all technical and commercial issues.
• Responsible for timely collection of payments from clients as per contract terms and conditions.
• Prepare project conception and definition, project planning, project execution details and project closeout reports.
• Responsible for managing simulataneous project.
• Monitor progress & budget and report back to senior management.
• Review contract terms and conditions and initiate for kick-off meeting with internal departments and customer.
• Follow up with engineering and procurement departments for timely issue of drawings and purchase orders respectively. Sort out engineering issues in close co-ordination with engineering department.
• Follow up with manufacturing department for timely supply of materials to site as per schedule.
• Review bank guarantee formats and take it up with customer for any required deviations.
• Manage sub-contractors issue Letter of Credit (LC) and approve payments to sub-contractors.
• Regularly visit erection site and resolve erection problems.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained both at works and erection site

• Provide techno-commercial support to sales activities. Responsible for coordinating and administering a project from project planning, engineering, and procurement through construction and start up.
• Participate in planning and establishing schedules, forecast, budgets, parameters, etc.
• During project start up, review contract budget, work order and purchase order provided by sales department and make necessary changes.
• Review, evaluate and approve the supplier based on the unit price, payment terms and delivery schedule.
• Visit sub-vendor shops for monitoring and expediting the fabrication and report the progress to the management.
• Solve erection problems at site by coordinating with various departments.

• Deputed at Foster Wheeler, New Jersey, USA.
• Responsible for monitoring of all stages of fabrication. Viz. columns, beams, bracing, girders. Ladders and gratings in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Responsible for document review, final inspection and release to site.
• Responsible for visual inspection, welding inspection and witnessing of P.W.H.T.
• Conduct weekly meetings to expedite fabrication and meet milestones.
