1. To support Head HR (Projects) in managing HR MIS, employee database & Org structures, employee movements, documentation, end to end employee life cycle, PMS and collaboration with various stakeholders.
2. Manage Off Roll employee management and their monthly payments.

4. Collaborate with the plant HR teams.
5. Collaboration with the recruitment & shared services teams
6. Assist in onboarding new employees
7. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
8. Handle routine HR inquiries from employees and external parties, providing accurate information and assistance.
9. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
10. Support the employee development and engagement initiatives.
11. Support annual PMS and increment activities
12. Support in innovations and simplification of processes by bringing in new ideas
