• Our primary responsibility involves monitoring the production batch closely. Our objective is to promptly identify and address any issues that arise during monitoring, ensuring that they are resolved before they have a chance to disrupt operations.
• Our responsible for managing incidents related to Informatica, ensuring timely resolution according to predefined SLAs (Service Level Agreements). This involves documenting incidents, communicating with user (Developers and stakeholders) and escalating issues when required.

• Optimizing the performance of Informatica workflows and processes is crucial for efficient data integration and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve performance where needed.

• Keeping Informatica environments up to date by involving all patches and upgrades is important for security and functionality.

• We are participating in change management processes, assessing the impact of proposed changes and ensuring proper testing and validation after changes deployed to production.

• . Providing support to end users of Informatica solutions, including answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing proper KT to the new joiner into the project.

• •Developed the proper SQL code according to the SAS code.
• Analyzing the SQL code and prepare the DDLs and Insert queries on that code and developed the procedure and run them to check whether correct output is coming or not.
• • Validate the data from SAS code with SQL code. Developed several Mapping from different sources. Prepared the extract sheet for respective code.

• Successfully cleared all dovetails and completed the yearly academic session for PAT
