• Looking for joining formalities for the candidate who are joining on our Payroll ( Switzerland location).

• Checking with the candidate whether they have open B permit or dependent permit or if any Swiss citizen.

• Initiating L permit as per the compliance, if they are British national or any EU citizen.

• In parallel releasing Employment letters with the candidates & taking their confirmation.

• Once the confirmation is received from respective candidate then we give rates to our Swiss Payroll Advisor and ask for Salary calculation sheet (SCS) which we in turn with the candidate.

• Once all signed documents are in place then candidate are allowed to start on the project.

• Thereafter looking for queries if any arises for ex. Insurance Suva, Symphony etc.
