• Successfully handled various clients such as Nippon, IRS, NPCIL,IGCAR, SGS, NTPC, Lloyds, BVIL, Siemens VAI, L & T, Al -Gurair, Abul-Khair, Navayuga, Alstom, Bhushan steel, AMNS, Tata, Hindalco, Primetal technologies,etc.
• Achieved overall weld quality of the finished products with Zero customer complaint till date.
• Successfully completed Welding Qualification (WPS,PQR & WPQ) for various clients.
• Improved team efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing innovative management strategies.
• Carried out substantial saving in welding and grinding consumables through use of various strategies and alternatives available in the market.
• Identified areas of improvement within the department, implemented strategic initiatives to address gaps in performance or resources.
• Developed new welding practices as needed to ensure that welding costs, techniques & quality are kept in pace with current industrial practices.
• Review cost & qualities of welding operation, processes & recommend improvements in process & techniques for betterment.
• Ensured adherence to all safety regulations and procedure,resulting in zero safety incidents.
• Inhouse faculty for training on various welding related topics.
• Troubleshoot various Queries of Marketing, Vendoring, Design, QA & purchase, planning and erection departments.
• Auditee for internal as well as external QMS -ISO 9001:2015 and EMS -ISO 14001:2015 Audits.
• Member of safety cross-functional team and ensure that safety and environmental requirements are strictly followed.
• Conduct interviews for recruitment of new workforce as per department requirement.
