Description: CHI (Coach House, Inc.) is a manufacturer of garage and commercial doors. The project involves migrating their legacy ordering system to HubX, a modern e-commerce platform (similar to Amazon/Flipkart) that allows customers to configure doors by design, windows, springs, and zones, and place orders seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and executed test cases in Gherkin language for BDD framework implementation.
• Developed and executed basic automation scripts using Selenium with Java (BDD framework) to accelerate regression testing.
• Performed end-to-end testing of the ordering workflow, from application launch to selecting garage/commercial doors, customizing designs, calculating springs, and placing orders.
• Validated new door models launched sprint-wise as part of the incremental migration from legacy system to HubX application.
• Participated in daily Scrum and client calls, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and raising potential risks prior to sprint releases.
• Maintained and updated regression test suites, ensuring stability of existing functionalities after each release.
• Identified risks and provided proactive feedback to the client and development team before sprint sign-off.
• Led a team of 5 testers – provided manual testing training, assigned tasks, aligned resources, and guided the team through project deliverables

Project: Sentara Health Plan (Healthcare Domain – QNXT System)

Description: The Sentara Health Plan project involved testing healthcare-related processes in the QNXT system (versions 5.8 & 6.0), including Member and Provider Portals, Member Eligibility & Authorization extracts, and EDI 834 transactions

Responsibilities:

• Conducted functional and regression testing of QNXT healthcare modules, ensuring smooth and compliant Member Enrollment and Extract processes.
• Performed SQL testing to validate Member/Subscriber data integrity and accuracy across systems.
• Tested EDI 834 enrollment transactions, ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate data exchange.
• Validated Member & Provider portals, ensuring correct functionality, data accuracy, and a user-friendly interface.
• Conducted testing of Eligibility & Authorization extracts across CDCN, NIA, CARENET, and ID Card systems, ensuring data completeness and reliability.
• Developed and maintained regression test suites, ensuring that new changes did not impact existing functionality.
• Created test artifacts (scenarios, test cases, scripts) to ensure full traceability against business and functional requirements.
• Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by tracking and managing defects using JIRA Query Language (JQL), collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution and successful quality releases

Project: Uber Eats – Food Delivery Platform

Description: Uber Eats is a food delivery app that connects users with local restaurants, enabling them to order from full menus and get meals delivered quickly and easily.

Responsibilities:

• Performed manual testing across multiple mobile and web applications, ensuring delivery of high-quality software.
• Designed, executed, and optimized detailed test cases, improving test coverage and reducing post-release defects.
• Identified, logged, and tracked defects using JIRA, collaborating with developers to ensure quick resolution and improved product stability.
• Improved software quality by executing thorough test cases and detecting critical defects before release
