Summary

With 25+ years’ experience in Human Resources, I am currently playing the role of Global CHRO and India Country Head with a seat on the Board at Incedo inc. I have also been a member of the Board of CEB and Gartner India in my prior assignments. More than 14 years of my overall experience has been with advisory firms like McKinsey and Gartner. Over the past 6 years as an Incedo Executive Team member, I have partnered with the Global CEO to create a Y-O-Y growth strategy to scale the firm. It includes Organization Transformation – building the Culture and DNA, executing the People Supply Chain Strategy in partnership with McKinsey and M&A Due Diligence. On the Functional side building out a Global HR function, Establishing Incedo University, Operationalizing the ESOP Program, setting up Risk Management frameworks, Leadership Hiring & Coaching programs. Overall, along with the CEO and BU Heads I’ve spearheaded Incedo’s transformation from a Tech Services startup to a high-end Technology Services, Engineering and Analytics firm.

Global CHRO and India Country Head

Key Responsibilities:

· Structuring the Organization for Growth -Partnered with the CEO to drive growth across four areas:

1. Establishing new Verticals and Horizontal Businesses per Incedo 3.0 Strategy.

2. Building New Capabilities – Like Data Advisory practice, Digital Engineering, Design Engineering, Cybersecurity & Payments Practice, M&A, Partnership and Alliances.

3. Transformation of Corporate Functions – Finance, HR, Bus. Ops. Revenue Assurance, Strategy Pre-Sales & Solutioning Practice.

4. Operationalized Global Delivery Model forming of a multi-geography footprint setting up nearshore offices - Mexico, Canada, scaling existing offices in NJ, Boston, Santa Clara, GGN, Chn and Pune b. Set up Office leadership structure.

· Establishing Global Talent Model – building a foundational DNA of entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills. I’ve personally hired the top 140 leaders, Women leaders and launched “Incedo North star” campus programs bringing in 325 campus hires on a y-o-y basis. Overall HC Growth from 1000+ to 4500.

· Building Career Growth Processes- Shifted focus to “Grow from within” by creating growth opportunities through rotations, driving Internal fulfillment @ 40%, Global Mobility – 60 SME’s moved to US in 2024, through the PSC program, managed the GM and costs, worked on Pyramid structures, Bench management (down to 5%), highest Utilization of 89%..

· Enhanced Employee and Firm Capability by establishing Incedo University in 2020 to drive Technical, Leadership and Enterprise-level capability building. Established Learning Maps to accelerate cycle time to deployment (< 30 days). Delivered 180k trng. hrs. per year.

· Digitized and upgraded People Processes – Worked on Career Tracks aligned to Skill Taxonomy, built HR shared services and global mobility team, automated query management, implemented Success factors, PMS processes, OKR system, new benefits – like car lease, OPD allowance, EAP etc. Employee Attrition brough down from 48% to 11 %. Introduced New Rewards and ESOP program, ran initiatives like Chai-pe-Charcha, Listening Tours, Family days.

· Build Worldclass Culture and Establishing INCEDO WAY – Introduction of Values Day, Cascaded Incedo Way Process, Great Places to Work certification twice, built Incedo Employee Value Proposition and Brand in the employment market and across campuses. Glassdoor rating brought to 4.2.

· Built the Global diversity agenda and established programs like – Incedo Unicorn (supporting Women Leadership) and Returnship programs.

Have been an active participant in People Matters, ET HR, CII and NASSCOM NCR leadership forum – as a panelist leading and moderating discussions on future of workforce, architecting framework for one the flagship programs called the “NASSCOM Leadership Series.”

Key Responsibilities:

· Part of the India Executive Committee member – Developed COE growth strategy and supported BU’s in creating their 5-year roadmaps.

· Responsible for driving Merger of companies, harmonization of terms and conditions, Cultural and Structural integration between Gartner and CEB, SHL and Talent Neuron businesses post-acquisition.

· Launched Associate engagement programs like “Moments that Matter”, Gartner India Engages and Listening tours.

· Partnered with the BU Heads in India and across the globe to define processes and structures to support scaling of the India COE operations from 450 to 3000 + across 18 months.

· Responsible for Leadership Coaching and Development strategies through VP Development Accelerators and Learning Maps to enable skills ramp up across BU’s.

· Recast the D&I strategy for India in line with Gartner Global Strategies- launched same sex domestic partner program, Hackathon and D&I Index.

· Build Talent Model and Acquisition Strategies – sourcing talent from TIER – I graduate schools through India Case Competitions and SME’s through “Hacklite”and LeadIT (Rotation Program)

· Built approach for Ethical leadership and values harmonization through “My Value Story”.

· Harmonized HR policies and processes as well as compensation and benefits strategy for the office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with McKC Board, Partner and Practice Heads to build the talent model for the India office. McKinsey Consulting Ind hired SME AP’s and Partners into select Practices in McKinsey & Company.

· Scaled up Research business from 250 to close to 1100 people. Helped launch of Project and Product 360 COE’s, Analytics and Knowledge expert service lines.

· Build key HR Policies and Processes for the firm covering – Succession Plng. Talent Acquisition, ESAT, Talent Development.

Key responsibilities across roles:

· Responsible for building out the R&D organization for Whirlpool India across Pune and Pondicherry factories.

· Part of three-member leadership Team tasked with Sales, service and Marketing turn around when whirlpool had lost significant market share.

· Talent Development–Sales, Service, Marketing and Manufacturing leadership development and succession planning, growing technical R&D SME’s and running 9-Box talent assessments.

I was one of the few HR managers who was rotated across Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing and Product Development as a part of Whirlpool’s Leader Development Program.
