Mr. Shailendra Rane has 19 years of experience in detailed engineering assignments for oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical plants. He collaborates effectively and efficiently with project management and other engineering discipline leads to complete project work on time and within budget. As a lead process engineer, he understands project management fundamentals such as schedule, scope, and quality, as well as interacting with all downstream engineering disciplines. He fits in well in a work-sharing environment. He is adaptable enough to work in any situation and to perform other duties as needed.

Effective communication with Lead office. Provide training to newly joined process engineers to get it aligned with the consultancy exposure. As far as practicable, assigned work is completed in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule. Assist Section Manager with departmental activity such as recruitment, staffing and forecasting of manhour.
