• Serviced and tested APU on test trolley at Rafale Engine and APU Bay, Ambala. Managed over 4000 tools of 600+ types for Rafale Engine M-88 and APU maintenance. Monitored location calibration and upkeep of tools in coordination with Air Force calibration agencies. Oversaw technical correspondence with FLR and FTA representatives from Dassault and Safran. Handled logistics for POLs, maintaining required levels for maintenance activities. Tracked POL consumption daily, maintaining records in both hard copy and digital format. Coordinated sending and receiving of tools, spares, and parts with proper documentation to FLR. Led manpower deployment and task assignment daily as senior sergeant, ensuring operational efficiency.

Performed visual examinations of turbine and compressor blades, ensuring quality standards. Conducted axial and radial play inspections of engine bearings to maintain operational integrity. Implemented logistics procedures for demand and receipt of bearings, optimizing supply chain efficiency. Executed boroscopic inspections of compressor and turbine blades in situ for aero engine R13.

• Worked at Bison Tech Flight Srinagar where my responsibility was to carry out 2nd Line servicing of Bison Aircraft, Removal/fitting of rear fuselage with aircraft tradesman,removal/fittment of hydraulic pumps, fuel tanks, various valves, fuel pumps from aircraft fuselage tanks and engine removal/fittment along with fuel pumps from engine, towing operation of aircraft on ground,tarmac management and ground running checks of aircraft.

• Worked at NDT devision in 3 Base Repair Depot of IAF for checking cracks in aircraft engine parts by MPI and DPI methods of parts from AI 20 D engine(AN-32),TV-2,TV-3 Engines (Mi-8,MI-17 Helicopters)

• Worked at 1st and 2nd line servicing of Mig 21 Bison Aircraft which involved thorough checks of aircraft engine and airframe structures for ensuring the servicability.
