• Responsible to Conduct day to day thermal testing of Refrigerator (concept validation, Design validation and Product Approval) as per Standards like IS 17550, IEC, AS/NZS, ISO, BSH standards and BEE requirement
• Led projects and analyzed data/test results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.
• Calculate result and prepare test report as per Standard requirement.
• Discuss test results with Manager/team and give insights/suggestion as per test results.
• Maintain chamber's condition like temperature, Humidity and Air flow measurement for thermal test.

NABL (ISO 17025-2017) Responsibilities: Technical Manager

• Maintenance of Laboratory equipment’s.
• Periodic Calibration of Laboratory equipment’s.
• Request for training of personnel to Quality Manager.
• Implementation and Preparation of all Technical procedure ,quality procedure and Quality Manual
• Approval of Test results.
• Approval of Initiation of Corrective and Preventive actions.
• Review of customer enquiries, orders & Lab Service Request forms (in case of other than routine job).
• Conduct Inter-Lab Correlation (ILC) Testing
• Handled customer complaints calmly and professionally, resolving customer issues in timely manner

• As part of V & V team -Responsible to Conduct day to day thermal testing and structural testing of all types of Refrigerator (concept validation, Design validation and Product Approval) as per Standards like IS, IEC, AS/NZS, ISO, Whirlpool standards and BEE requirement
• Prepare test setup as per test Standards
• Involving in Export testing IEC 62552 Part 1 to 3, AS/NZS, SASO, IEC 62552-2007 and other country speciation
• Aware of all international standards
• Calculate and prepare test report as per standards, NABL & BEE requirement
• Discuss test results with Project Engineer team and give insights as per test results
• Maintain chamber's condition like temperature, Humidity and Air flow measurement for thermal test
• Prepare and maintain all documentation and records for NABL or ISO 17025-2017, TUV and ISO 9001 audit
• Preparation means updating as per requirements of Quality manual, Procedure manual, work instructions and formats and maintaining day to day
• Responsible for doing preventive maintenance and Calibration from time to time of lab equipment
• To handle different Customer Complaints and try to handle it and make action reports.

• Responsible to do testing of Raw material, conductor (Including HTLS) & its accessories testing, Insulator hardware & fitting ,Vibration damper & Power clamps connector Mechanical, Chemical, electrical as per relevant IS, IEC & other International Standard,
• Planning testing as per requirement RPL as well as outside customer.
• Handling experience of UTM -20, HTM-50, Vibration controller, Heat cycle machine, hardness tester, MPI machine, multimeter, torque wrench, tachometer, Spectro meter etc.
• Involvement in Product development activity (HTLS & Other relevant conductor accessories)
• Calculation of Stress -Strain Analysis
• Preparation & implementation of procedures as per ISO/IEC 17025:2005
• Maintenance & Calibration of Lab Instrument
• Calculate uncertainty of measurement of test Result
• Preparation of SOP/STP for mechanical discipline
• Conducting inspection for relevant project like in- house or third laboratory in presence of utility.
• Effectively communicate with personnel throughout plant across department
• Knowledge of TIG, Welding MIG welding, electric Arc Welding and Brazing operation

• Work on special purpose machine.
• Responsible to maintain highest level of quality on all production output.
• Assists in monitoring physical inventory.
• Properly maintain build traceability, project documentation records and tag all parts as per engineering documents.
• Responsible for ensuring that work area maintained hazard free and tidy in accordance with 5S principles
