• Proficient in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman and Rest Assured, ensuring that endpoints meet expected responses and performance metrics
• Proficient in identifying, documenting, and managing defects using TFS, ensuring effective communication with development teams for timely resolution
• Experience in monitoring team members' tasks and facilitating communication within cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery
• Conduct thorough checks before deployment, ensuring that all components are functioning correctly in the staging environment, including configuration settings and integration points
• Perform comprehensive testing after deployment to confirm that the application operates as expected in the production environment, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and smoke testing
• Utilize monitoring tools to observe application behavior post-deployment, identifying any anomalies and generating reports for stakeholders on deployment success and any issues encountered

Project Description: UPS (HEAT : Harmonized Enterprise Analytical Tool)

Aim to analyze operational and delivery data , with a special focus on peak season performance, to enhance efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.

• Preparation of test scripts, test cases and test data as per the data driven framework developed for both frontend and backend services
• Ran sanity tests once the code is deployed to any new environments to verify whether any codes are breaking in new environments
• Worked with business analysts, developers and technical support to determine the best requirement specifications
• Performing regression, positive, negative, integration and functional testing to produce a bug free product
• Analyze report and raise defects with severity based on the number of testcases impacted
