Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

● Rebate analysis of all the clients in different geographical areas based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

● Regional Sales Volume Trend Analysis of Global customers and shops based on Sub-Ledger reports.

● Monitoring of Reserves and Accrual postings.

● Analysis of Cash flow impact.

● Contract management- Weekly update of Master Data file for changes in terms and conditions of Rebate Agreements.

● Forecast Customer Level Discount and prepare Reports for the same.

● Responsible for Balance sheet account reconciliation.

Investment and Fund Accounting, (R2R)

● Perform general accounting functions including maintenance of Balance sheet schedules, Ledgers and Unreconciled Accounts ageing analysis.

● Handle Global Investment Accounts including conversion of Financials from local currency to reporting currency as per US GAAP, making Equity calculation, Posting entries and Accounts Reconciliation.

● Perform Fund Accounting based on Capital Call statements and Distribution schedules.

● Prepare Management Reports of intercompany borrowings from HQ.

● Facilitate Corporate and Internal audit relating to Financial reports and Internal controls.

● Prepare Statutory reports such as BE-577, BE-11 and BE-125.

● Prepare Data Request reports such as DR1, DR14C and Quantitative

● Prepare Management Information reports.

Team Lead

• Service tax and Central Excise compliance
• Computation of tax liabilities, filing periodical returns, maintenance of relevant records (CENVAT register, Daily Stock Account, PLA, etc), review and respond to department notices
