Project Name: Webtrition - Menu Works

Role: Dot Net Developer and Support

Client: Compass Group

It is a web-based application that allows clients to manage their food service programs. The application provides a range of tools for managing menus, inventory, and nutrition information. Clients can use Webtrition to create and manage menus for their food service programs

• Effective ticket management including logging, monitoring/updating, prioritizing and resolving requests within SLA using Azure DevOps
• Developed and maintained web applications using ASP.NET, and Web API
• Developed client-side scripts using SQL
• Participated in Agile scrum meetings and contributed to project planning and estimation
• Investigated and resolved customer complaints and technical issues related to the application
• Working on bug fixing and performance issues in existing applications
• Conducted root cause analysis of technical issues and identified solutions
• Respond to major and minor incidents from monitoring alert via Helix, MS Teams and Outlook
