• In-depth use of Tools: Actimize, Bridger(Lexis-Nexis), Dow Jones, WorldCheck, WorldPay Treasury Management, Brighterion, NAP-Siebel, MDS and other internal client systems.
• Adjudication of alert Hits based on Bank/Payee genuity; to handle all the activities performed in transactions, curtailing the chances of Money Laundering to stop unusual activities.
• Close/approve cases while raising RFIs/investigations/escalations, if any, via emails.
• Potential Hits maximum worked upon an alert is 44 Hits in a single alert.
• Playing a major role in QC and imparting regular refresher trainings.
• In depth investigations for newly onboarded vendors for clients using few specified websites, per it’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle TALISMA (CRM) Operations team in ‘National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited’ (NCDEX) for 3i-Infotech Limited
• Manage business system testing and provide support for the organization
• Generate weekly/monthly database reports using the “Analytics” per regular requirements of system users
• Generate backend reports through backend during peak production hours of NCDEX
• Manage CRM team of 35 users in customer support group, that includes monthly trainings
• Attend seminars conducted by TALISMA team, Bangalore and impart it to the users in NCDEX
• Daily activity included creation of campaigns (Mailers)/circulars though Talisma to send bulk recipients in one go
• Maintain/create user records and their login logout sessions into the CRM
• Analyze/monitor the team level rights to the specified users/ create workspaces per different hierarchy levels
• Escalate critical issues to CRM professionals & work on implementing strategies for their timely resolutions.
As a Team Co-Coordinator:
• Conduct monthly training of users to resolve CRM queries and coordinate with TALISMA Bangalore team
• Regular maintenance of Talisma database and application servers
• Re-indexing of Talisma servers after regular backups
• Coordinate with Talisma team, Bangalore in case of any major IT issues
