- I am part of the 10 member that got trained on the Pre Underwriting process.
- We gather the financial information for the underwriter to do the credit rating of the borrower.
- We work on 3 different portfolios Webclass monitoring, Annual grade review & New money requests.
- Commercial bankers send request to the pre-underwriting team once they have a new borrower.
- We will have an SLA of 24 hours to work on these new requests for the new borrowers, SLA of 7 days to work on webclass monitoring requests, SLA of 15 days to work on Annual grade review.
- Managing the mailboxes and the assigning the requests that comes to these mailboxes to the entire team.
- AGR requests will system generated requests in the workflow application called Credit Navigator and the supervisor assigns the cases and we will work on them to gathe the financial statements package for the Underwriter to perform the credit review
- Webclass monitoring requests we will followup with the banker/client/ underwriter for the financial covenants like annual financial statements, compliance certificates etc.
- We contact the banker and provide the financial covenants to the underwriter to perform the annual grade review of each borrower.
