· HR Generalist:
Issuing of appointment letters, warning letters for absenteeism, for violation of dress code policy, training completion, address proof certificates, relieving and experience certificates.
Maintaining documentation of employees through personnel files.
Processing all joining and separation formalities.
Analysis of attrition rate and exit formalities.
Preparing employee’s Medical Insurance data base and assisting the employees regarding the benefits and necessary information.
Preparing and analyzing of all payroll & salary related documents on monthly basis
Assisting the Head-HR on appraisal, policy formation & implementation.
Conducting employee satisfaction, exit feedback survey, analyzing and interpretation of reports to Top Management.
