  • Thoroughly assess the customer's application and any supporting documents to analyze whether the Mortgage loan can be offered or not
  • Making Loan eligibility decisions and approving or rejecting applications with proper documentation in accordance with our Lending/Credit policy and your individual lending mandate level
  • Performing KYC checks for all the mortgage customers
  • Analyse all critical documents, including, but not limited to, mortgage applications, KYC documents, property valuation, and all applicable compliance documents to assess the application and request additional documentation if required
  • Forecasting and creating the plan for the team and addressing the variations through Real-Time Management
  • Identifying and documenting any opportunities for improvements and escalating them with senior stakeholders and collaborating with the concerned teams as well

  • Handling Team’s Mailbox ensuring all the escalations are being actioned within SLA
