• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues that may impact the success of RPA projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal team performance.
• Monitor the performance of RPA bots post-deployment, track operational KPIs, and work with the development team to optimize processes, and resolve any inefficiencies.

IAM Business Analyst:
