Having nine years of industry experience, including four-years in Product Management, I have driven various projects at Gainsight.
I led the pioneering launch of the Customer Migration tool, orchestrating a seamless transition for customers to the latest platform and generating approximately $1.3 million in annualized royalty savings.
Through my strategic efforts, I streamlined processes, significantly reducing onboarding time for new customers in Sightline Vault and resulting in a noteworthy 3520-hour time-saving for Gainsight admins within the first six-months period.
Designed a 0 to 1 product called Rules template which simplified the Rules engine configuration for the new Gainsight users by masking the complexity of of the Rules Engine configuration.
Additionally, I spearheaded the Upgrades of existing tools, thereby enhancing user experience and introducing new functionalities. This strategic initiative not only elevated engagement for the platform but also effectively met evolving user expectations.
