• Any deviation from design during production should be brought to the attention of the design office and achieve a feasible repair solution before delivering to airliners, in order to ensure the airworthiness and structural integrity of the aircraft. The project involves managing design deviation during aircraft wing (Skin, Spars, Ribs, Stringers, Clips, Pylons, Aileron Ribs, spigot etc.) production, deviation requests (Concessions) are raised by the production line side. The non-conformances are analyzed and suitable solutions with justifications are provided in order to clear the non-conformances and the repair solutions must be accepted by all stake holders to ensure the airworthiness and structural integrity of the structure.

• To understand the various stages of production, build sequence, different production operations etc. of the wing starting from manufacturing of panel and other components to assembly till dispatch.

As an onsite integrator:

• To attend daily meeting with the customer and prioritize the work based on production sequence.
• Updating the WIP with a forecast of delivery to the customer.
• Coordinating with various departments (Stress, F&DT, Quality, procurement, Stores, etc.) within Airbus to ensure on time delivery
• Visiting the shop floor to resolve queries of engineers.

• Structural Design, modeling and detailing of Tail Boom components, firewall and engine cowling for Helicopter (metallic, sheet metal and composite material).
• Detailed design of Tail Boom components, Frames, Spars, Brackets, stiffeners, engine cowling and firewall.
• 3D model and drafting of the above, checking the assemblies for clashes and Interference and releasing the drawing in Team Centre.
• Calculating the total weight of the component and optimize the design to reduce the total weight after feedback from stress department.

• The project involves Drafting of ALH drawings by incorporating H.A.L standards. Drafting of ALH drawings.
• Understanding the drawing and the project slip rose on the drawing and incorporating the changes, drafting of all the structural and non-structural components of ALH (Advanced Light Helicopter).
• Understanding and identifying the layup scheme used in the composite drawings.
• Understanding the M.S and calculating the total weight of all the components including paint and all the standard parts used in a particular assembly.
