*Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness drills,
* Develop and maintain emergency response plan, procedure and protocols for various scenarios such as Fire, Natural disasters, Electrical Safety, Chemical Safety and Security threats.
*Implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of building system, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical System.
* Coordinate with external vendors, contractors and service provider for facility maintenance, repairs and renovations, ensuring quality of work and adherence to contracts.
*Prepare and manage budgets for facility operation and maintenance and capital improvements, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
* Maintain accurate record of facility assets, equipment and inventory, conducting periodic audits and assessments to optimize assets utilization and lifecycle management.
