• Brought in Captioning project inside FingerLinks Team, and the team is working on many Captioning projects

• Joined Digital Nirvana as a trainee transcriptionist in 2009
• Become a Team Leader, managing a team of five for financial transcription works within six months.
• Become a Level 1 Editor in 2010.
