  • In current facility & project management role, worked on multiple assignments over 13 years in global & regional real estate and facility management and was responsible for end-to-end facilities operations and development plan for 3x services across INDIA, APAC & EMEA region.
  • Had been part of client's core project design and execution team for delivering top quality LEED Platinum rated office space in Bangalore for 365000 sft which includes R&D labs / Datacenter with massive power and cooling infrastructure supporting 1200 IT racks of various power capacities upto 40kW per rack.
