• In current facility & project management role, worked on multiple assignments over 13 years in global & regional real estate and facility management and was responsible for end-to-end facilities operations and development plan for 3x services across INDIA, APAC & EMEA region.
• Had been part of client's core project design and execution team for delivering top quality LEED Platinum rated office space in Bangalore for 365000 sft which includes R&D labs / Datacenter with massive power and cooling infrastructure supporting 1200 IT racks of various power capacities upto 40kW per rack.
• Currently managing portfolio of >1.5 million sft, and responsible for managing operational budget over $8 million per year.
• Streamlined financial operations, including budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing, resulting in improved financial performance for managed services at client offices including remote locations across APAC & EMEA
• Towards sustainability, have been one of early adaptors for sourcing renewable energy through open access to save energy cost and offset carbon footprint for client space in Bangalore. Approx. 80 million units consumed per annum are currently being sourced through various renewable energy projects resulting in cost savings of $4.3 million per year.
• Responsible for identifying renewable power projects, conducting feasibility study, and signing power purchase agreements with various suppliers and managing power allocation time to time as per agreement. Instrumental and played key role in identifying and setting up dedicated 14MW Captive Solar power project for client to showcase brand value and commitment towards sustainability.
• Currently been part of clients global ESG committee to implement and drive sustainable initiatives to meet clients' organizations goals towards carbon neutral by 2025. Implemented various Energy conservation and Environmental initiatives through efficient energy management, water management and waste management program.
