HRDP Project Responsibility

• Identifying and working as per perspective of Grant Making agency including determining goals and executing activity at grass root level by following sustainable development goals of United nations
• Responsible for three State up, Chattishgarh Meghalaya project portfolio eight Cr
• Implementation of thematic intervention as per prepared blueprint by engaging community and different stakeholder i.e. and Filed team via Micro planning.
• Mentoring the operations team by providing them periodic training and succession opportunities and follow up of activity
• Responded effectively to changes in project requirements, recalculating deliverable as needed. developing concept note business model proposal & required documentation & compliance , vendor management for quality procurement

Livelihood & Agriculture Domain

Facilitating partner agency in developing annual development agenda with based on the indicator & as per demography of the region.

Impact analysis and highlighting through field level observation

• Review meeting with implementing partners regarding activity and it scale impact and Financial Assessment Monthly bases as per UC.
• Public Relation with government line Department Brand Building of Project

Farmers capacity building & Advisory

• Establishing theme based skill development filed Farm school in close coordination with local KVK and Nodal agriculture agency & universities
• Public relation with the retailers and local trader for quality inputs seeds supply on subsidized rate get Standard price of produce
• Drove operational improvements which resulted in savings and improved profit margins

• Contribute to ongoing Implementation of project activity and development of team strategies working towards achieving development perspectives (project goals) by micro-planning
• Developing Grant Making activity in participatory approach that is aligned to strategic goals and achieves project based milestone and scable impact and sustainability.
• Establishing Micro-enterprise for SHG and backward forward linkages for market of product impact 500 women's.
• Agriculture Extension activity covered 100 acre via low cost irrigation solution & linking with it cluster based vegetable production & organic agriculture Targets farmers ( 1000)
• Work on change in behavior regarding WASH & Sanitation cover more than 12000 communities via Value addition triggering exercise Campaign & Nukad Natak.
• Facilitate community on public health promotion on the issue of Menstrual health hygiene , maternal child health , RMNCH, Strengthening service provider of health.
• Having strong public relationship with government department comprising Collector , DDC and HEalth NHM , Agriculture dept for convergence

Swadhaar Increasing sustainable livelihood

• Capacitating rural women's via Training program related with apparel design

Vocational Training & Capacity Building of Rural youths

• Monitoring of vocational training program for the community,especially youths.
• ITI, COPA, Tailoring, Embroidery Supported by govt for localcommunity through scholarship

Agriculture & Livelihood

• Organizing Training Organic Agriculture every Fortnight for vegetable growers.
• Creation of adhoc organization/Team to look after agriculture and livelihood related projects in village. Promoting Agricultural based Livelihood with the help of K.V.K through partnership with govt
• Formation of adhoc farmers group for Horticulture with close coordination district horticulture dept.
• Conducted mega plantation drive through participatory approach with Community and Govt.
• Preparation of Yearly budget & Annual Report of C.S.R.
• Quality education
• Promotion of elementary education in govt primary and middle school.
• Strengthening School Infrastructure and MOU with education dept
• Providing Conducive environment for better education in Govt School.

Health & Services

• Working with CGSACS on ELM model of HIV AIDS by Promotion of IEC, and Training campaign.
• Constructed 500 toilets under SBM comprising with CLTS, Triggering exercise, and ODF rally.
• Coordination with Government body (C.H.MO), B.M.O Dept. or ICDS department, Program Manager NRHM, Including District Manager for Health Camp and eye check up.
• Conducting training for Health Worker Aganwadi, TBA, and Asha with help of line depart and local Health based organization.
