  • I worked under the E-home loan process, which is an online portal, as well as with the credit team.
  • Verifying the application form of an individual applying for a home loan.
  • Analyzing KYC details matching the application form as per the criteria for the loan, as per policy.
  • Evaluated applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine loan feasibility.
  • Verifying the income documents of the customer (salary slips, bank statements, Form 16, ITR, etc.).
  • Analyzing the KYC documents and income documents as per the policy, plotting the data in CAM, and forwarding the case file to the credit manager for the underwriting process.
