Coordinating and monitoring receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods
Efficient use of space and materials handling equipment
Maintaining up-to-date stock control systems and ensuring accurate inventories
Planning future capacity requirements
Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff performance and progress
Motivating and organizing teamwork to meet productivity targets
Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
Maintaining standards for health, safety, hygiene, and security
Overseeing warehouse management systems and automated storage systems
