During the operation of Adderley Restoration Co, I implemented protocols to enhance the customer and adjuster experience during the restoration process. The family owned business thrived because of the collaborative effort from the inside property restoration, which I managed and the structural restoration which my husband managed. Our growth was in direct relation in how we fostered a genuine care for our clients during there time of need. Over these past 20 years, the implementation of technology and continuing education in the property restoration has been instrumental in my success.
Quality assurance in personal property restoration. Managed the initial onsite inspection and inventory of contents damaged from fire, water, and mold related losses. Coordinated the cleaning and restoration process of contents from pack out to pack in. Oversaw 3 employees during this process. Implemented interactive processes between insureds and adjusters, which allowed for the expediting of the claims closure. I also performed quality control inspections on jobsites to assess the timing of pack in of personal property. During these losses, created an efficient standard operating procedure which resulted in elevated customer satisfaction, and client retention.
