  • Experience in collating, analyzing and visualizing large sets of data to derive Insights and recommendations for Process improvements.

  • Responsible in identifying areas of system improvements and putting systematic plan for global roll out. Perform testing on ERP systems, in house tools and reporting systems for any new functionality/versions. Prepares user documentation and process maps.
  • Facilitator and Coordinator for deploying the Quality training program (All Quality processes) for all employees.
  • Conduct Quality Culture Survey across plants/manufacturing locations and ensure follow-up and closure of all actions points.
