Currently working as Data Quality Lead analyst in LM Windpower (a subsidiary of GE Renewables). Now looking forward in making a significant contribution in a leadership position for a role that offers a genuine opportunity for progression.
The primary responsibility is to handle all Adhoc requests from CRM (Customer Relations Managers) to perform any cleansing activity, tracking of duplicates (Identification and Elimination), Data Enrichment and updating the customers on Enterprise, SMB Database for CRM and CRS database. Basically work on data quality projects assign by CRM managers worldwide and ensure the data completeness and accuracy of CRM and CRS data stored in Siebel tool and SAP tool. As end user, have front end knowledge on Siebel and SAP application
