· Management Trainee Project 2:Implementation of SIM Based Vehicle Tracking Across Vendor Sites.

· Implemented Sim Based Vehicle tracking across sites and trained the users, with continuous efforts with vendors, the tracking efficiency increased to ~90%.

· Co-ordinated with IT Stakeholders for deployment of dashboards as per the requirements given by the business and warehouse teams.

· Responsible for managing user authorization end-to-end process, for On-roll & off-roll staff for RRL in multiple SAP and non-SAP applications as per business requirements across formats.

· Playing an active role in monitoring the unethical and fraudulent SAP transactions and mitigating and controlling the risks associated.

· Co-ordinating with HRBP’s for HR-based Auto-authorization implementation and handling the post implementation issues.

· Collaborate with multiple Business stakeholders and IT Stakeholders using an agile approach through project lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, development, test case execution, and handling post-pilot issues.

· Creation of multiple training and SOP documents in order to help users to address the authorisation related FAQs.
