Vintage Car Insurance:

I created a vintage car insurance application for Manulife using Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Analytics to streamline and optimize our CRM processes. The app manages customer policies and facilitates claims processing. It also connects vintage car owners to repair shops for incident reporting and repair scheduling. By setting up custom objects, designing user-friendly Lightning components. I automated routine tasks and ensured data synchronization. Utilizing Salesforce Analytics, I provided actionable insights through dashboards. The project was implemented through careful planning, phased deployment, significantly improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and user adoption rates.

Optimize Invoice posting process in SAP System using SAP BPA for efficiency and accuracy, catering to POC stakeholders' needs. I analyze the current invoice posting process, focusing on challenges faced by POC stakeholders. I created an invoice posting process using SAP Build that includes OCR for data extraction, an approval workflow, and BAPI for posting invoices directly into the SAP system. This streamlined approach automates data entry, ensures thorough review and approval, and integrates seamlessly with SAP, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing.
