A) HR Business Partnering

B) Talent Acquisition
Ensuring maximum workforce availability in all the verticals (CMP, DC, LPO, State Network, O&M and Support functions).Administering and contributing to the full recruitment life cycle by actively partnering with business on proactive hiring strategy; identifying manpower requisitions and working effectively on replacement; sourcing, screening, validating to acceptance of offer and final placement; ensuring minimum TAT from offer to onboarding.
C) Talent Management and PMS:
Performance Management Managed and maintained operational dashboards, providing real-time insights into key HR metrics to facilitate informed decision-making., Taking care of IJP and CDF, RCA, attrition analysis etc. Driving performance management and rewards within defined TAT
