• Lead and oversee all aspects of Army recruitment including planning, strategy development, execution, and performance evaluation for Indian Armed Forces, from state of Karnataka , Kerala & Lakshadweep with a Recruitable Male Population of 3.2 million.
• Forge strong relationships and liaise between State Government and Ministry of Defence at various echelons for policy implementation, budget allocation and overall conduct of Recruitment Rallies within the Area of Responsibility (AoR) under Agnipath Agniveer Entry Scheme implemented by Govt of India in June 22.
• Conduct motivational drives, campaigns, events and lectures, with a reach till Taluk level by involving participation of state administration & educational Institutes (Universities, PG Colleges, Degree Colleges, ITIs etc. ) within the AoR to identify and attract potential recruits.
• Strategize, plan, organize, execute and conduct Medical Examination of selected candidates during Recruitment Rallies with an average footfall of 15000 candidates per rally and an average of 7 rallies in a Recruiting Year.
• Develop and maintain a strong public image of the Indian Army as a preferred career choice for qualified youth in Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies for enhanced recruitment effectiveness.

• Managed supply chain, storage and dispensing for an inventory of 2300+ expendable (fast moving stores - consumables) medical stores and serviceability of 600+ non-expendable medical stores (sophisticated medical equipments) in a 545 bedded multi-specialty hospital.
• Carried out procurement of medical stores, annual maintenance contracts for high-end medical equipments, drafting of budget estimates for upcoming FY.
• Developed and implemented a robust inventory control system, minimizing stock-outs and preventing expired medications
