• Introducing scanned documentation procedure in digitizing the process of file login to disbursement thereby reducing unnecessary travel time and cost.
• Introducing the pre-filled application form, digitization of disbursement process and thus avoiding the manual interruptions and reducing the error in transition process.
• Introducing tab based processing of loan application from login, uploading documents thereby reducing TAT from login to disbursement.
• Demonstrate the use of features of the application to stakeholders. Training the internal and external stakeholders about the functional and non-functional attributes of the application.

Project 2- Mobile Loan Application

• Revamp of loan eligibility module with current CIBIL score.

Project:- MO Thunder application for client onboarding, documentation and cross functional coordination:

• Digitization of manual documentation process by introducing digital validation of KYC like PAN, Aadhar validation in the bank integrating systems from Bank aggregator
• Ensuring quick deal booking method by re-engineering process flow of application with support of concern support team.
• Providing effective digitized platform with data empowered design with quick turnaround time, Data insights & analytics and dashboards for MIS.

• Preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS) document.
• Participating in the Business requirements clarifications meetings with the client’s Business Teams, Operations teams, Technical teams.
• Documented requirements in detail during and after meetings.

Project : Core Loan Application – EAZY GO

• Worked on data flow enhancements where in there are upstream and downstream applications involved in core loan application.
• Participated in research workshops on impact analysis discussions so that the changes implemented in one application are in sync with other environments.
• Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders in upgrading database from old version to new along with creation of additional SIT and UAT environments where by increasing the availability of multiple environments for future releases.

Project 1- Retail lending

• Utilize prospecting techniques to identify potential clients and create opportunities to sell financial services.
• Gathering and defining the requirements of the clients.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among credit appraisal team, risk containment unit, operations, legal team, technical team, FI vendors, retail liabilities branches etc. for smooth processing of a case.

Project 2- DSA, DST and APF's onboarding

• Research and identify new Direct Sales Agents (DSA) for and onboard them.
• Onboarding Approved Project File / Builder Projects
• Hire, train and work with Direct Sales Team (DST) for acquiring the relevant clients.
• Operate in self-directed environment with minimal input to solve problems and implement resolutions.
