- Reduced machine breakdowns through various maintenance activities, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Cleaning, lubrication and tightening (CLIT) initiatives
- Implemented breakdown reduction strategies using techniques such as 5Why analysis and monthly Pareto reports
- Managed regular spare parts inventory, inspections, and quality checks of purchased spare items
