• Ensure efficient and reliable operation of Boiler, Turbine, and related auxiliaries.
• Guidance to operation desk & Field Engineers, operating parameters of Boiler and Turbine with monitoring its key parameters within design levels
• Prepare safe start-up and shutdown procedures (Cold & Hot) for Boiler & Turbine.
• Attend troubleshooting and emergency conditions (blackout, trips) ensuring quick recovery.
• Prepare daily generation logs, tripping analysis, and operational reports.

• Operation of 30 MW CPP with multiple turbines (16 MW, 6 MW, 8 MW).
• Managed gas-fired boilers (67 TPH, 50 TPH, 30 TPH) using Tail gas & LDO.
• Handled WHRB (5x4 TPH Fire Tube Boilers).
• Monitored DM-water parameters (pH, Silica, Conductivity, TDS, Phosphate).
• Led shift operations maintaining safety and performance KPIs.

Operation of existing 30 MW CPP which includes.

• 15*1, 10*1, 4.5*1 MW Turbines (All Triveni) multi stage single extraction condensing turbines
• 22.5*2 TPH WHRB (Thermax) coke oven gas.
• 22*1 TPH (IJT), 19.5*1 TPH (Thermax) BFG fired and LDO as a supportive fuel Boilers.
• 65 TPH (Thermax) Dual fuel (BFG gas & coke oven gas) fired Boilers.
• Knowledge of Boiler operation from DCS as well as field in shifts

• Operation of existing 20 MW & 25 MW Turbine (Hongzhou).
• Operation of existing 1*10 MW Turbine (CA Parson England) and 1*10 MW (Hitachi Japan).
• Operation of 2*51 TPH, 30 TPH & 56 TPH waste heat recovery Boiler (Thermal system & Thermax) respectively
• Preparation of daily reports & updating in SAP.
• Analysis of key parameters (KPIs) and taking corrective action.
• Boiler Light up, Turbine rolling, cold & hot start up process
• Handling in Black out, island & trip condition.
• Maintain records Turbine & Boiler reading sheet & log books.
