I leveraged that ability to transform HSBC's offshore risk-reporting team into an efficient report-writing unit. Conceptualized and drove the Secretarial Services offering that, for the first time, allowed offshore team members to attend high-profile Risk Management meetings, in order to write minutes and track actions. My keen interest in global events and their impacts on nations' economies helped the team produce actionable MI reports with a focus on Geopolitical Risk. At Wells Fargo, I have fine-tuned my external risk analysis skills to provide insights to the risk leadership in order to equip them with the information needed to safeguard the Bank from outside risk drivers.
