Roles and Responsibilities
- Owned end-to-end testing of critical payment and rewards workflows, ensuring high availability and reliability in a fintech production environment.
- Designed and executed scalable test scenarios simulating real-world user behavior using mock datasets (PAN, Aadhaar, phone, and network conditions).
- Integrated automated test execution with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), reducing regression cycle time, and enabling faster release validation.
- Performed API testing (REST services) using tools like Postman, validating request/response structures, authentication, and error handling.

A fintech platform by Muthoot FinCorp ONE offering services across lending, bills and payments, CRM-based lead management, referral programs, and investment products (NCDs). The application integrates with multiple payment gateways, and supports end-to-end digital customer journeys, including onboarding, loan processing, repayments, and notifications.
Roles&Responsibilities:
- Executed end-to-end (E2E) testing across UI, REST APIs, and database layers for modules, including Bills & Payments, Credit Card Partial Payments, and EMI Calculator.
- Validated Bills & Payments SMS reminder system, ensuring accurate trigger conditions, scheduling logic, and delivery tracking across notification services.
- Tested payment gateway migration (Cashfree → Zaakpay), validating transaction flows, webhooks, retries, and reconciliation.
- Conducted third-party integration testing (PhonePe, Paytm) via Udyam APIs, ensuring API contract validation, idempotency, and payment state consistency.
- Tested web APIs for Branch PD forms and Udyam registration, validating request/response payloads, and third-party integrations.
- Designed and executed test cases using boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning for lending modules: 2W, 4W, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Business Loans, Consumer Durable Loans, and Used Car Loans.
- Validated the Refer & Earn module, ensuring referral tracking, reward eligibility, fraud prevention, and supporting over 800 referrals.
- Tested loyalty loan repayment flows, validating EMI calculations, partial payments, and backend reconciliation.
- Executed SQL-based data validation, ensuring referential integrity across loan, referral, payment, and NCD modules.
- Validated CRM workflows, including lead creation and lead push from multiple sources (pre-login, campaigns, referrals).
