• Blackline Account Reconciliations for multiple company codes
• Preparing SLA reports for internal stake holders, monthly JIRA reporting
• Revising SOPs incorporating process changes for sign off
• Maintaining Internal error tracker
• Managing journal request emails and queries from clients
• Cash pool movement
• Loading bank statements into SAP for multiple companies
• Banking, book-keeping and record-keeping
• Offsetting receipts and payments with customer and vendor accounts
• Reporting financial flow with stake holders
• Ensure whether unmatched receipts and payments are properly reclassed or settled

· Reconciliations: GL vs Sub GL reconciliation.

· Ensuring all open entries are properly reclassed.

· Fixed Asset Reconciliation (Fixed asset GL vs location wise Sub GL).

· Fixed asset capitalization, depreciation run, and ensuring the FA interim is zero.

· Asset's transfer, Asset adjustment & Assets under construction.

· Payroll workings and preparation of JE bi-weekly for US and CA clients Reporting financials to corporate for segment consolidation each month end.

· Quality check on allocation of unallocated receipts through detail analysis of cash management system.

· Ensure whether unmatched receipts are properly reclassed.

· Offsetting the open invoices in the system against the cash received based on the remittance details.

• Forex reporting and control actives - Monthly forex run and forex control activities
• COPA cycle reclassification- cycle creation, COPA cycle run, control check
• Validation and CLIA - posting validation and CLIA clearing journals
• Hedging - providing advice to account group head about the monthly sales for hedging purpose
• Consolidation - consolidation reporting and financial book close in Fiori S4 Hana
• TSR- monthly pre and post MEC Trial balance reporting to account group head and highlighting on the risks
• Reconciliation for primary and secondary ledger groups
• Preparing of ITM and YTD (Group Reporting vs SAP) reconciliation for accurate bookkeeping
• BSAR preparation for Forex accounts using Blackline Tool
