• Handled end to end work of a HNW Individual that includes filling Income-Tax Return, responses to Summary assessment u/s 143(1) & Scrutiny assessment u/s 143(3), Tax Audit filling, Accounting & other miscellaneous duties.
• Headed a team of articles in assisting them in filling Income-Tax Returns.
• Researched and drafted responses to assessment proceedings of Income-Tax.
• Formulated and assisted in filling TDS Returns.
• Filed 40+ Form 15CA/CB.
• Liaising with department officials concerning assessments, getting refund of tax, obtaining lower tax deduction certificate.

INDIRECT TAX

• Handled tax compliances under GST for the biggest e-commerce giant, Amazon India with respect to an entity called Amazon Seller Services Private Limited(ASSPL) that has registration in 36 states.
• Tax Compliances Includes filing of GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & GSTR 6.
• Handled impenetrable indirect tax assignments which involved reconciliations with a large quantum of data (2-3 Lakh line items of data) and documentation in Amazon.
• Researched and responded to various Show-Cause Notices and played a pivotal role in releasing the blocked credit.

Miscellaneous

• Prepared and presented Management Information System including Investors MIS. The work involved customization and optimization of dashboards for better information flow and enhanced decision making.
• ROC Fillings of companies.
• Preparing and processing payroll of Gig workers for the company including optimizing the entire process which led to saving time.
