Assist in the operating room by providing support during
intubations and other airway management procedures.
- Prepare necessary documentation for billing purposes related to
anesthesia services rendered.
- Conduct post-anesthesia assessments on patients following
surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure,
respiration rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation levels
throughout surgeries.
- Ensure compliance with hospital infection control protocols and
procedures.
- Collaborate with Anesthesiologists and Registered Nurses to
prepare patients for surgery, including gathering and setting up
equipment.
- Assist in the induction of anesthesia, including IV placement and
medication administration, following established protocols.
- Provide training to new staff members on the handling of
anesthetic agents and equipment, as well as hospital policies and
procedures.
- Safely transport patients from the recovery area to their assigned
rooms following surgical procedures.

- Organize and prepare drug trolleys with precision and adherence to sterile protocols.
- Assemble intubation trolleys for routine and challenging scenarios, using tools like Fiber Optic Bronchoscopes, Glide scopes, and light wands.
- Collaborate closely with Anaesthetists to plan surgical schedules effectively.
- Calculate and mix aesthetic drugs accurately, maintaining precise ratios.
- Assist with Anaesthesia, CPR, and procedures such as Central Venous Catheter insertion, arterial cannulation, and peripheral IV cannulation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in comprehensive airway management techniques and proper patient positioning during surgeries.
- Foster seamless communication within the surgical team to ensure operational fluidity.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on anaesthesia equipment and monitoring devices.
- Thoroughly document patient information, including induction medication and vital signs, adhering to hospital policies.
