• Creatively sourcing and networking to create immediate pipelines for key roles and specific openings.
• Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and creating a recruiting strategy for each position.
• Pre-screening of resumes, conduct phone screens, video interviews and making recommendations to hiring leader on next steps.
• Actively sourcing for passive talent.
• Creating Job Postings across various platforms and managing our applicant tracking system (One HR) and Montage, through monitoring and progress reporting.
• Partnering with the Verizon US Campus Recruitment team, to hire for Campus Directs, Internships and Leadership Development Program.
• Acts as a brand ambassador when representing Verizon and job opportunities in the external market place.
• Actively contributes to the performance and development of the Talent team and the People team overall.
• Identifying right candidates with required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job.
• Maintained an accurate candidate tracking system and maintained a candidate pool.
• Preparing requisition gathering template and sending it to corresponding candidates to initiate the sourcing.
• Short-listing the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers. I currently utilize Indeed to identify potential candidates.
• Preparing reports on the offer, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates.
• Sending weekly, Monthly and quarterly headcount and hiring report. Engaged in networking activities to source candidates.
