Responsible for facilitating dilution of aged stocks for categories like- apparel, soft home, Personal care etc via outbound sales channels eg- Exhibition sales / RWA connect, etc at regional level. For FY22-23 this channel has achieved ~9 cr sales for FY 23-24.

  • Responsible for driving OMNI store channel sales (B2C orders via store teams facilitated by android tablets/web ) across regions for ~200 stores, mapping and assigning targets month-wise, as per store size, FF, and related parameters, and pushing zonal and store teams to hit targets.
  • Started above channel from ~5.7L per month (on June 22) and took it to 55 L net sales in Dec'22, channel has ~ 4.5cr for FY23- 24.
  • Enhanced OMNI software to new website-based model (ASM) to overcome operational challenges from scratch in coordination with tech team, PWC engineering, and product teams, got front end developed for UI along with reporting structure created in Unicomerce and SAP at backend.
  • Facilitated Project "The Big Spring " for markets from Jan'24 to March'24 in coordination with category and planning team to dilute ~ 2.83L with offers like Bundle offers, Flat pricing, etc from stores.
  • Facilitated another similar Project "The Big Summer" for markets from May'22 to Aug'22 in coordination with category and planning team to dilute ~ 3L pieces for 18+ month aging stock and ~5.72 lacs Pieces b/w 12-18 M stock via Bundle offers from stores.
  • Coordinate with regions, PSC / Category teams to push Institutional sales where focus was to target bulk orders from B2B orders and full fill same from single / multiple stores
  • Developed strong relationship with stakeholders through regular communication like category , brand marketing, finance, legal,PMO etc time to time for multiple project plans and implementations worked on project templates, assessment like FabOne desk, outbound sales, Institutional sales, PI tracking for bulk orders, experience center report for cafe,tugbug business etc coordinating for new relevant SOP's and policies for stores Stock Pull back activities from stores, B2C store processes and activations, store wise category rationalization for budgeting etc.

  • Owned overall supply targets for new hotel category 'Palette' Pan India and scaled to 10,000 keys
