  • Co-founded an asset-light hospital chain offering surgical, maternity, general & emergency healthcare services.

  • Improved clinical quality from 35% to 78% (BII: 85%); accelerated hospital revenue growth rate from 8% to 18%.

  • Led Amazon Pay balance across digital, cash, corporate, retail GC loads. Scaled issuance to $900M (+100% y/y).
  • Launched everyday use cases (bill pay, ticketing) on Amazon serving paying & consumption beyond shopping.
  • Scaled adoption of everyday use cases to 10M MAU (+125% y/y), TPV to $1B (+210% y/y).
  • Navigated significant changes in regulations to preserve CX & deliver growth in Amazon Pay balance.  
  • Engaged with regulators (RBI, UID) on influencing regulations for the PPI license & KYC compliances.
  • Led acquisition & integration of a company to accelerate technology development of every day use cases. 
  • Set up Amazon's first JV in India (spinning out a 120 member internal team) enabling SMB sellers to sell digitally.  
  • Acquired & managed 30,000 sellers delivering $250M GMS. Managed team of 500 across 20 cities in India.
